Fiserv offers very flexible work hours for their employees and values the family/work balance. The teamwork and general morale of the staff is pleasant and energetic.
Cons
Currently, the pay freeze for the past 2 years and the decrease in benefits has placed a burden on many employees. The lack of retention of valuable employees in Development has placed the product in compromising situations.
