Pros
The only pros I can find for working for Fiserv are the facilities I work in before the pandemic was nice and I got some good experience.
Cons
*Low pay *Hostile Leadership *Bad Culture *Poor leadership *Constant feeling of being replaceable and unimportant to the company. *Full time monitoring of all activities that makes it difficult to get comfortable. *Cowardly Decision making from top leadership.
