The current full time employees of this company were once contractors of the same team from various consultancies and you can guess their attitude towards work. They just want to maintain the status quo that they had while they were contractors. Original new ideas are pushed to " back log" or "re-prioritized" . Bunch of insecure people who don't care about anything at all. So much red tape to do your day to day work, there is lesser drama even in soap opera's.
