WORST COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT - Anonymous employee Fiserv Employee Review

1. WFO with absolutely no flexibility. even if you're slightly ill and wanna wfh, you'll be asked to apply for a leave but won't be allowed to wfh. 2. NO work life balance. You'll be required to attend meetings in US business irrespective of what your shift hours are. 3. On one side, the company is pushing WFO culture and on the other side they are putting limitations of cab services like general shift can't avail the facility. 4. ABSOLUTELY TOXIC this is an org with full management culture. Only managers and above designations take part in decision making and no feedback is ever taken from the non-managerial employees. For managers, everything is allowed like wfh and cabs, but not for others. 5. NO APPROACHABILITY of senior management. 6. no free food no free pantry.. everything is paid. My genuine advice is that DO NOT join this company as the dynamics are constantly changing after the FirstData merger.
