Pros
People at Fiserv are great, pay fair and decent benefits. Great opportunities if you live near an office. Some leaders are fantastic and really care.
Cons
CEO, poor leadership communication leads to employees not feeling valued. Terrible work/life balance. Site strategy impacting knowledge base. People will figure it out eventually, but in interim clients, employees and services are negatively impacted.
