- No clear direction for project development - manager and director remain in disconnect from each other and tell different stories to resources - management insults senior resources in front of junior resources and also in 1-1 meetings behind their back - cross skill is expected for multiple complex project for same salary. - Give dry promotion to hard working resources, rewarding their good work with more work - sapience tracking, manager keeps bugging u for 8 hours and office presence like you are in school. No matter how experience you are pr how good you deliver ur work. Sit at your laptop until you clock 8 hours in sapience - false and misleading promise for onsite - no new tech stack. Still working on legacy - no interest by management to change and improve - not the same fiserv it once was!
