      Great competative pay, involved ownership, and a team you can count on. M-f schedule with weekends and holidays off. Upbeat environment and pretty flexible schedules. And a 401k with a decent match rate.

      Cons

      No health benefits but the pay offsets it in my experience since it’s above industry average.

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
