3yI’m sorry to hear that you don’t see us being the same company you joined and loved working for. I’m the first to admit that our amazing culture took a hit when we scaled too fast and like everyone else we suffered going from onsite to fully remote because of the pandemic. With our shift from growth to profitability a reorg was inevitable. Now that’s done and we are performing well I’m confident that we’ll get our mojo back again. I’d be happy to hear your feedback on how we can become more data driven as this is something that we strive to be and are constantly trying to improve so your feedback is valuable. Same with communication, feedback on how we can improve here is valuable. I realize that since we’re moving fast we might sometimes not communicate enough the rationale behind our decisions.
