      Pros

      After working here for many years, I’ve seen the company grow and keep a strong grasp on being family- oriented. We have been able to keep many of our top performers engaged with this flexibility and ability to reward hard work. There are many strong leaders at the company who are open and willing to provide mentorship and guidance, and many leadership opportunities for younger staff to develop. We are a smaller company, so we are nimbler than competitors and we also have wonderful local HR and IT, which is rare to find at a larger company. I highly recommend considering Fisher Associates if you are looking for an opportunity to work on some incredible projects with great people, while not sacrificing your home life.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, cooperative and always ready to share their expertise. My mentors and supervisors were very knowledgeable and were eager to help me and educate me on various skills. I would recommend this company as a workplace for their relaxed work atmosphere, great culture and professionalism.

      Honestly cannot name any negatives.

      -Good benefits and pay -Diverse employment opportunities and departments -Modern workplace with nice amenities and technology -Great IT department -Work place and schedule flexibility -Many company sponsored events -Many great people and personalities -Several cons seem to be industry wide

      Cons

      -Difficult to recieve training -Many corporate practices and feel for a small to mid sized company -Can be very political -Poor work life balance -Advertised culture is often not as it seems -Do not always deliver on promises made to employees
