      The money is decent for FOH. Servers, especially bartenders make good money. M'hattan Bch is beautiful and the restaurant is mostly busy.

      Cons

      Mgmt cuts labor. You will never be full time. The expectations are very high and the environment can become very tense.

      Great location , training crazy ,built in clientele , amazing food

      Cons

      Very small , size effects bonus profitability , regulars that act like you are new years in.
