The work environment was challenging due to favoritism and office politics, with certain employees consistently receiving preferential treatment, which made collaboration and being fairly evaluated difficult. Feedback was often unclear or incomplete, and expectations were sometimes set in ways that made success harder to achieve. Additionally, if management had personal issues with an employee, there were ways they could make it difficult for that person to remain in the role. While I gained experience , I would advise potential employees to carefully consider the company culture and management practices before joining. Advancement and job security often seem to depend more on personal favor with management than on merit.
