This company talks about the "Fishman Family", and when you first join you're thinking that is what every company says. However, this company lives it. You really do feel like part of a family here. The ESOP is incredible. Knowing that this company is investing in me, and seeing the value of that, is more than I can say from any company I have ever worked for. You can find a job in accounting anywhere, however, this is a home.

The hours can be long, but for the right job it is worth it. This company gives back and those long hours are rewarded.

Fantastic company, the culture, the people, the management, etc.. Low stress, lots of laughs, great company to work for. Great relationships are built here.

There aren’t any cons I’ve endured in my years there. As I mention above, it is a well-rounded, well-ran company with much growth ahead.
