      Beautiful heritage brands and good people on the floor.

      Cons

      Constant reorganization and layoffs, changing structures and strategies. No clear mandates. Unprofessional and harmful leadership. Overworked employees. Deeply concerning VITA CEO is damaging the brands and the culture. Long term damage being done to heritage brands.

      Pros

      Your paycheck does get deposited.

      Cons

      Most toxic work place imaginable. Total reorganizations often. Constant turnover due to horrific "leadership team". Complete disaster. Everyone good has left or is in the process of leaving. No job security, miserable staff barely drags themselves to work 2-3 days a week (unless managers, then only for company meetings).
