Pros
Modern technology from reputable vendors. Established industry software and services. Minor flexibility with WFH Insight into full ticket lifecycle Employer provided tools. Some mileage compensation for travel/accommodations. Some decent and hardworking managers.
Cons
Salaried position with expectations beyond 40 hr work week. Excessive micro management and ridiculous time keeping. Greatly underpaid vs industry standard. Anti-worker practices including speech repression. Specifically, management has outwardly suppressed employees sharing wages/compensation with coworkers. Furthermore, the pay is not equitable across the same position in the company. Overall oppressive workplace environment. Employees are often thrown under the bus for unhappy clients. Clients are brought onboard and assigned to employees regardless of workload they already have. Toxic executive culture. Lower level employees are often required to attend corporate meetings. The executive team puts on a front of caring for the low level employees but rarely present actionable progress or changes. Extremely high turnover. During my time with the company I saw at least 5 people come and go. General attitude of getting as much work from their employees as possible and replacing them when they burn out.
