As group exercise instructor, you will learn a lot of new concept that you could also apply outside the studio. The work environment is relaxed, and you get to have free access to the fitness studio.
Cons
There is no career growth, you don't get recognition if you go the extra mile, and you will remain as you are. Even if you exert more effort, more heart, and more soul to your job, you are just another employee. It's better to just do what you are tasked to do, and nothing more, nothing less.
