      Pros

      Big company, and have an option to work from home 2 times a week.

      Cons

      People are arrogant and unfriendly in general. Workflow is very manual and messy. Project rollout without having enough UAT, and IT team likes to paint point to others. There is no org chart, no clear roles and responsibilities of each function/team. People work around the clock, no work life balance, that's why high turn over rate.

      learned a lot from my manager and other groups. had work to do each day. intern group project was collaborative.

      Pros

      - Company has two days a week in person (not bad, they don't go too crazy about the days you come in) - Work life balance is good in the company as a whole (team per team basis though)

      Cons

      - Salaries are not too high compared to other competitive companies
