The company has the best intentions for its employees and creates an environment of trust. Generally, people are treated with respect and professionalism. Positive relationship with Hearst which has benefited the employees with great perks.
Cons
Initiatives and projects with the best intention can fizzle out as there is not always clear accountability. Can feel a bit unorganized. The company's philosophy on pay is not particularly clear, such as how high performers are monetarily recognized.
