      I guess it depends on the team you are working with. Not great possibility to climb the ladder. Low pay compared to other companies in the same sector

      learned a lot from my manager and other groups. had work to do each day. intern group project was collaborative.

      Pros

      - Company has two days a week in person (not bad, they don't go too crazy about the days you come in) - Work life balance is good in the company as a whole (team per team basis though)

      Cons

      - Salaries are not too high compared to other competitive companies
