This a great place to network and meet new people. If you're an outgoing person who is good at making and maintaining relationships, you will thrive in this environment. You will learn to use a lot of programs and this a great job to have on your resume. The benefits are great. You will have plenty of PTO and health coverage.
Cons
There is 0 organization between and within departments. The lapses in communication between directors and department heads often inconvenience entry level employees. Most of management have interpersonal relationships that impact their judgement as well as the experience of their subordinates. If you do not have friends in high places, you will not grow here. No matter how hard you work. People of color should also beware.
