Pros
Friendly staff and great environment. They also provide hands on training whenever you need help with something. They give hour long breaks which is nice.
Cons
This company has no desire to help out it's employees if it means spending money. They offer you a base hourly pay, with NO commission. Their "bonus incentive" is you as an employee having to finish top 1 or 2 spot in the entire region in a specific category, and the bonus is usually a small $100 or so. You can have a great month of really working hard, and your paychecks will look the same as a bad month. Also, getting raises, let alone promotions, is NOT anywhere as easy as they may say. I would recommend going with another gym if you want to go the members sales thing. This company has an absolutely terrible turnover rate for Fitness Consultants and even AGM'S simply because they ask an incredible amount of work and hours be put in, for insulting pay, but the company has no intent to change anything.
