Pros

You have a free membership. This is literally it. It didn't take 20 words to sum up the pros, but the system has a minimum requirement.

Cons

1. Very long hours with little pay or you'll expect more than you are getting bc of lies to push production. 2. Expect to be belittled and discriminated against by managment and customer w/o any ramifications. 3. Upper management expects subordinates to "fix" all of their problems and give you little to no credit. 4. Expect to work non stop. LITERALLY. 5. "Homework", scripts, setting up corporate accounts, generating your own leads, and meetings. 6. Basically sell 2,000 in their supplements by overcharging clients and lying to them, 70 memberships a month, and 6,000 a month in personal training and your job will be safe. 7. Raises are not given unless someone is fired, quits, or is deceased. This is not a joke. Employees go years with no annual review at all. If you ask for a raise the answer is no. Even when you present your value and worth to the company. 8. No 401k, even for managers. It's a dead end job. My advice is to never ever spend your money. Save it. 9. I could go on and on. If you want more just check Yelp. Not everything you read is true, but you can tell what's not legit or exaggerated.

Pros

The company is always trying to improve both internal staffing conditions and stay competitive. They constantly try to do right by their employees and customers. My peers all have raw potential, and the company has great managers that are able to see that potential and develop staff further from club to corporate.

Cons

Sometimes there's a lot of moving parts due to new initiatives. However, that's expected at ever company Needs more consistency.

Pros

The only pro is that you get a free gym memberhsip

Cons

Upper management does not communicate properly or take ideas from the demographic they are wanting to cater to. Toxic work environment when it comes to hitting KPIs no proper training and development just told to hit the number or else. Even though you hit the goal to make money it’s never a great job it’s just a do better next time. No celebrations no acknowledgment for going above and beyond goal targets for the month. Force you to follow a process that most guest/members don’t enjoy and if you don’t you get in trouble. Health benefits are absolutely atrocious. They don’t even have this website updated correctly because Patrick has not been CEO for 2 years.
