Pros

Starting my first job at Fitpage was an experience that had me anxious initially, but the onboarding process was exceptionally smooth. The HR did a fantastic job in communicating everything clearly, making me feel welcomed and prepared. The compensation package was also a pleasant surprise. As a fresher relocating from a different city, I found that Fitpage considered these factors sincerely and offered a package that genuinely supported my transition. Before joining, I heard that startups could be hectic and sometimes overwhelming. However, Fitpage proved to be the opposite. The work environment here is positive and energizing, giving me the freedom to be creative and take ownership of my projects, which is incredibly fulfilling. Another highlight has been the accessibility of our CEO. It's refreshing to see a leader who is approachable and supportive, not just professionally but personally too. This has helped in creating a very homely vibe at the office, which makes coming to work enjoyable. The camaraderie among my colleagues is something I cherish deeply. Everyone is supportive, and there's a strong sense of teamwork that runs through our daily operations. In conclusion, Fitpage has been a great place to kickstart my career. The blend of a supportive team, strong leadership, and a positive workplace culture makes it an ideal place for anyone looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

Cons

It's tough to find any downsides so far, but one concern might be that as the company expands, keeping everyone as closely connected as we are now could get harder.

Pros

The office space is the only pro

Cons

The management mistreats you. They will not give you sick leaves. It says your job is Monday- Friday but you need to inform the management where are you over the weekends and make plans accordingly. No growth, no understanding, mistreating. They don’t understand family time or the concept of working “hours”
