There's a feedback to the org. - There's less risk taking initiatives and rather company plays safe - Time to market is rather very slow. Huge downplay from product vs tech team. This politics from management affects harmony in the team. - The goals of each team is not aligned, teams act in silos with lot of miscommunication. - Management is sitting on multiple good products with no focus on any of them. It's a half attempt on everything. - Kindly work on fixing, because this will take company to heights since it does have a promising product and hope you reach new heights.
