The top management is hypocrite. Pretending to work hard. No instruction or guidance on how to deal with certain things. Never available for you. When you try to do things without guidance without instructions( since there is none), you are always the one to take the blame. Personal relationships between top management and some staffs in this company affect the ethical standard. No justice when conflicts happens. Managements work against each other.
