Huge opportunity to be involved in every part of the business and actually make a difference on how the firm operates. Lots of exposure to different parts of the business as well as the ability to meet clients and relatively quickly manage clients on your own.
Cons
Small size of the organization makes it a little hard sometimes to learn in as structured of a way as you would be able to in a larger organization.
