Pros
At this point there isn’t many. I guess maybe the discount and seeing the children’s faces light up with excitement.
Cons
This company has your face buried in so much “paperwork” and “pictures” it’s ludicrous. The upper management has zero idea what they are doing to the staff at the store levels. They cut payroll to near nothing and add 10 times more stuff to your plate. The task are endless and I don’t believe any department talks to one another. They need to step back and refocus on the people they have now because they are slowly losing everyone. You can never get anyone in Payroll, HR or their “IT” department, Allocations and transportation is a joke and the visual department needs a complete overhaul. Unless you want to have zero home life find a job else where.
