20% discount, tshirt uniform, in my opinion the music is decent, job involves every part of retail, combining cashier skills, customer service, cleaning, and organizing the back store room.
Cons
discount is useless as prices are already low. store will often be one sales associate and one key holder to run the entire store. long list of tasks are given on most shifts and expected to be done at an exceptional level while still watching registers. key holders have a tendency to drop all work on sales associate and literally nap in the back office. low pay, always minimum wage, nothing more. no communication between management and sales associates. management will "clean the house" where they fire at least half of their sales associates and replace them. Has happened a few times in my time with 5B, I have yet to be fired, i have been there for 10 months
