Pros

8.00 hr pay secret shopper awarded me 50.00 had some co workers who were decent people

Cons

Had a manager who treated me like dirt he was aware I had mild learning disabilities but treated me like I was inhuman he actually asked my mother when she came to speak with him after I told her how I was being treated had the nerve to not only talk to my mother with an attitude proceeded to ask her if Was ok to be around and handle knives! Really!? My mother was disgusted and so was I at his comment He discriminated against me and after putting up with the disrespect for 10 months I left then filed a complaint with corporate who said they would intervene but lied and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation I should have gone to the ADA but I left it alone because it wasn't worth it he wasn't worth it or my energy best decision I ever made! Never regretted it at all

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
