Pros

My particular store was pretty generous with the hours, if you were liked, and if you keep your mouth shut and don't say too much to ruffle the GM's feathers you'll be liked. Customers are hit and miss, some are friendly, some as a-holes, but it's part of the job. If anything its good experience for to add to your resume and they give raises.

Cons

There is absolutely no down time ever, you run the risk of getting burned pretty badly, you get blamed for things that aren't your fault. Your hours can get cut for ridiculous reasons, but it's a laboring job so it's to be expected. Just give it your best even if you hate it, hopefully for whoever is reading this it won't be forever.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
