Pros

Good pay for an entry-level job espcially as a teenager. Easy work to do. You get to learn how to make good fries, cook burgers, learn how to prep and clean. You learn good skills at this job. We got bonuses, at one point I even got a 700 dollar bonus, and as a teenager living at home that was amazing.

Cons

Long shifts, I eventually ended up leaving because I was overworked, because of the closing time being at 10, we would sometimes not get out until 11 or later. The latest I got out on a school night was 11:45 and I had to get up for school 6 hours later. I was also not supposed to stay that long because I was a minor but I was not allowed to leave.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
