Pros

One of the biggest pros for me has been the interesting challenges that come with working on a variety of projects for different clients. No two projects are the same, which keeps my work fresh and engaging. In addition to the varied and interesting work, I have also appreciated the remote work culture at Five Jars. The flexibility to work from home has been a huge benefit, and the company has done a great job of fostering a sense of community and collaboration despite being dispersed. Another pro has been the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team. The developers and other designers at the company are knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand or offer guidance when needed.

Cons

One potential con for some people might be the fast-paced nature of the work, as there are often tight deadlines to meet. However, I have personally enjoyed the sense of accomplishment that comes with tackling these challenges and meeting them successfully.

Pros

Strong team of developers and managers. The leadership performed well during the pandemic and subsequent hostilities in Ukraine (a certain number of developers were there). Great big clients with interesting tasks.

Cons

The company is still growing and is just starting its big journey.
