      There are no pros for working here.

      Cons

      No benefits, evening and Saturday work schedule, unrealistic bonus program, never knowing when they will tap you on the shoulder and escort you out. Very few people there for longer than 2 years.

      Great job, fast paced always changing environment. You can learn a lot in this position that can help you grow in this company. Attention to detail is a must.

      This is a collection agency you have to adjust to the many security features to secure entrance and access to certain areas and certain job functions.
