So many opportunities to learn about different businesses and technology. Really high-level engineers with a ton of knowledge and experience who are great about sharing what they know. The people are all really supportive.

While it ended up being great to have exposure to so many different environments, it did create some stress during my new hire training. Everyone was really open about there being a lot to learn and were always willing to answer questions.

An agile company that isn't afraid to make changes if it helps improve processes or services.

Some of the internal tools getting used should get reviewed to help improve efficiency.
