Pros
One of the best things about working at Five Nines is the people that work here. All of the teams work together well and I feel like everyone is always on their "A game" to provide the best service to our clients. In all of my experience, I've truly never worked somewhere that cares so much about employee happiness & work-life balance. There are always fun things happening in all of the offices and the leadership team shares the success of the company with the staff, like giving everyone 5 EXTRA days of vacation this year!
Cons
Working in technology and specifically supporting client environments means that things are always moving fairly quickly and you're always extremely busy. I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing, but you have to be able to adapt to what's going on around you.
