The training leaders are controlling and mean, as well as the fact that people are expected to work overtime without the extra pay. The base pay is not even meeting minimum wage, and management just goes with what the training leaders say as well as overall seems ignorant on their overcompetitive roles when training new recruits. The office is delusional about individual workers' performance.
