Pros
The atmosphere is excellent and encouraging. I felt like I belonged and like we were all in it together. It was fun to work outside and get to serve the public in such a great way.
Cons
The pay is somewhat lacking compared to other like agencies but that's what you can expect when working for an agency that is tax funded. There's a union that's pretty much useless as well that really should be voted out.
