      Pros

      It's the only option in Dayton, Ohio. There is a ton of passionate and well-educated people here. A good way to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      The culture is bearable, but just barely. A lot of emotional and physical expectations without appropriate compensation. The individual people are great, but leadership is subpar.

      -Great place to work to clear your mind or are attending school. -Physically Demanding but keeps you in great shape -Learn new skills everyday -Public Service

      -No overtime -pay isn’t all that great -Not enough Hours

      -amazing to work outside -good wellness benefits -co workers are great -conservation mission, but more focused on the public

      Cons

      -uncompetitive pay -not for introverts, may have to work with volunteers and the public -may have to work 7-10 days in a row -burn out, physical exhaustion
