      Ok pay, partial Union coverage, ok benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, constantly verbally abused by management and upper management, your job will be threatened if you miss a single cobweb while opening an entire park. Employees were forced to sign a contract to pick up every cigarette bud in the entirety of Eastwood park. HR sends out reviews for employees claiming anonymity but actually tracks who you are and fires you.

      -Great place to work to clear your mind or are attending school. -Physically Demanding but keeps you in great shape -Learn new skills everyday -Public Service

      -No overtime -pay isn’t all that great -Not enough Hours

      -amazing to work outside -good wellness benefits -co workers are great -conservation mission, but more focused on the public

      Cons

      -uncompetitive pay -not for introverts, may have to work with volunteers and the public -may have to work 7-10 days in a row -burn out, physical exhaustion
