Pros
Some great people there to work with as long as they were not management.
Cons
Poor management, no support from direct managers, issues critical to performing your job are withheld until the last minute. Outdated processes and procedures. IT department had no sense of urgency when software applications went down. Business side had no set process for testing, they just threw it into production and hoped it worked. Not an environment where you can be successful and unnecessarily stressful if they had have proper procedures in place.
