Fast-paced environment with helpful staff, but lacking direction at times - Shipping and Receiving Technician Five Star Employee Review

Didn't feel like I got a whole lot of training outside of shipping and receiving department, thus whenever I was asked to do/look for something, it felt like I had to figure it out as I went. Especially when it came to traveling between other buildings on the campus; At times I felt overwhelmed trying to find the correct areas for product. The staff at each building were very helpful to direct me to the correct area, but sometimes it didn't feel like I had enough information to begin with.
