      Pros

      The management at Fiveby is the best I have experienced yet. It is run by extremely thoughtful people who have their employees best interests in mind. A new mentor program will be starting up soon which gives employees the option to work with others and expand their breadth of knowledge within the cybersecurity world. Additionally, I have found the employees here to be diverse, interesting, welcoming, and they certainly promote an excellent workplace morale.

      Cons

      FiveBy is growing extremely fast. It will accomplish a lot within the tech industry and beyond, but management is still learning on how to be a bigger company. Fortunately, this is only temporary and they are backed by personnel eager to improve.

      The team has really great morale and a good relationship with the client. Plenty of opportunities for professional development.

      Can be a bit siloed from other teams.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to work with highly experienced professionals across a variety of projects. The exposure to different clients and problem spaces helps build a strong and diverse skill set quickly. Good environment for learning and professional grow

      Cons

      Compensation is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the industry and could be improved.
