      Cons

      Company is full of friends and family members with incentives to pay large referral bonuses to employees. Leadership is very toxic and micromanaging is the ineffective management style that they thrive on. Remote working is frowned upon and as well as taking time off. They also lack in diversity and programs that promote inclusiveness. Run! The place is a complete fraud!
