Pros
Great people on the sales team, sales leaders & senior reps are really the best in the business. Training opportunities, partner network, travel, company trips.
Cons
Hierarchical executive team that doesn't listen to middle management or consider their experience. Used to be a flat organization seems to be going backward. No remote working flexibility despite nobody going into the office. Low OTE for sales reps for a saas company of this level.
