      Upper management lacks vision and is not accountable when making bad decisions. First-line managers don't have any voice over what they see in the field.

      Great people to work with, workload provides great work/life balance

      Leadership is terrible - individual contributor level is full of ambitious people who are frustrated due to poor management from director+ levels. Career development is a joke. Good luck getting a promotion.
