Pros
The Fixers are amazing! We hire Fixers with great fixing skills, but even better people skills. They're a terrific group of people. The company is built around making a great place to work. That means it has to have or create a viable path for every person who spends time working here. We take that charter super seriously, and we enjoy ourselves in the process. A bunch of us know the home repair world well. A bunch of us know the startup world well. It's a great combination.
Cons
Normal growing pains - we can't do everything all at once, so sometimes the thing you really want solved just isn't a priority yet. Delivering and receiving that message can be hard. Budgets are tight, though some of us like that kind of challenge.
