The system is pretty well set up and is getting better all the time. You are guaranteed hours which is great. Accommodating and understanding Managers and support staff.

Scheduling with jobs isn't always great. You'll arrive at a job early only to have it cancelled after driving all the way there. It's rare but it happens. At this time there is no PTO, only sick time which I find to be stressful when trying to take time off.

Great people to work with, fun startup environment. Many folks there were passionate about making the company work. Company really worked on diversity in the trades.

Typical story of the haves and have nots. Leadership got standard benefits and yearly promotions, while hourly workers only got the minimum PTO required by law, and no raises for over 2 years due to economic conditions. Mike Evans spent more time on his boat than in the office. When you don't do right by your employees, it is no wonder you go out of business.
