Interview process was smooth and the team were lovely. It appeared as though they had a collaborative and hard working team.

Unfortunately the role was withdrawn one week prior to my start date, so I cannot comment on other elements of the role or business.

Flexibility. You're treated like an adult, and as long as you deliver, you don't need to be in the office at all times. It is possible to work from home if you need to. Awesome work-life balance. 35 days of holidays! That doesn't happen almost anywhere else. Great benefits: gym classes included, free fruit, private health insurance. Friendly place: it's a small but very lively company. People get together pretty often. There are boardgames on Wednesdays and pub on Fridays. It's a pleasure to get into work in the morning and being surrounded by smiling people. Freedom when working on a project: managers don't usually micro-manage. Being proactive and creative is rewarded. Everyone's opinion is heard. Great culture: good acceptance of feedback. Strive to improve constantly.

Some small internal struggles when it comes to alignment/communication, but we are working on it.
