      Designers and culture Some nice offices and benefits Open to flexibility with hours and location (so long as all the work gets done). Client relationships are excellent and they really appreciate the designers.

      Cons

      Promotions process is all over the place. No consistency, seems to be biased. Talented designers working on Powerpoints. Designers measured on sales and chargeability. Leaders disconnected from the teams and crafts. Designers paid less than peers at similar levels across business units and industry,

      - very reliable even through a pandemic & economic crisis - very skilled people, mentorships, great teams - respectful of work-life balance

      Cons

      - you don't see your work through - government clients are very tricky to work with as a designer, no leverage to push for change - little room for growth
