Pros
- The product is insanely good. If you come in a sales role, you're not selling vaporware. Everybody who sees a demo loves it. - The sales culture is very consultative and honest. You don't lie to prospects, and you don't sell people a product that isn't right for them. Flagright disqualifies deals as often as we qualify them (probably MORE often tbh) because it's not a right fit. There's an expectation for us to be the experts and to help people find the solution they need. - High-growth, high-autonomy. This is why people join startups. We're making up the playbooks as we go. You can explore and try things. - There's an expectation for continuous learning, which is good because there's lots to learn in FCC.
Cons
It's a startup with a global team. This is not the place for work-life balance or stability. There will be meetings at inconvenient times. There will be messages at odd hours. Culturally Flagright is intense. Feedback is candid and direct. It's not angry, but it can be brutal. You have to have a thick skin. If you're familiar with the Netflix culture, it's that.
