Pros
If you're willing to invest the sweat-equity, it's a growing company with lots of opportunity for upward mobility. They recognize hard work and promote from within whenever possible. Also great exposure to new projects - never a dull moment and great resume-building experience.
Cons
It's a nimble company - things move fast and you've got to be able to adapt. Again, lots of opportunity to grow, but you can be stretched in the process.
